They lowered their iPhone build assumptions for June as they now believe legacy build of iPhone 4S will now be below 20M units, which is well below expectations. Deutsche Bank raises their PCLN tgt to $640 from $625 following earnings. Firm says the secular growth continues at the company, as evidenced by room night growth of 56% Y/Y. They think this robust growth in volumes will likely continue, as growth continues to be robust in Europe, and the fast growing Asia-Pacific region is starting to become a more meaningful portion of the mix.
