SMF Notes GENZ Genzyme: RBC Capital Mkts agrees SNY deal is good value for GENZ holders (74.30 ) -Update-

RBC agrees this is good value for GENZ holders and previously recommended a raised offer from $69/share to $75/share and a CVR worth $2-3 NPV. The CVR appears higher than its estimate. Milestones are: $1 if Cerezyme/Fabrazyme production levels met in 2011, $1 upon final FDA approval of Lemtrada for MS, $2 if net sales post exceed $400M, $3 for sales above $1.8B, $4 for sales above $2.3B, and $3 for sales above $2.8B.

SMF Notes NFLX Netflix: New Disney ABC television deal could exert additional pressure on margins as rapid transition to digital continues

Wedbush notes yesterday, NFLX announced a new licensing agreement with the Disney-ABC Television Group terms were not disclosed.
